The office has twelve desks: Income tax, GST, Notices, Company law, TDS and payroll, NRI and international, Business compliance, Investments and capital gains, Import and export, Startups and funding, Estate and succession, Government schemes.

General guidance from our library. A CA confirms it on your case.

How every case runs

Every desk works through the same four steps, then hands you the answer as a case file in four parts.

  1. InformationOnly the documents this case needs, each with a reason.
  2. DiscussionThe few questions that change the answer, asked once.
  3. FormsWhat we prepare and file, with the calculations and due dates.
  4. DeliverablesThe acknowledgement, the reply, the plan. You accept it, then we are paid.

The answer is a case file.

Questions people ask us first

  • What does "a CA on your side, 365 days a year" mean?

You set things up once. Your Savvy then stays with you through the year: planning before March, reminders before each due date, the ITR itself, and any notice that follows. You never start from scratch.

  • Who is a Savvy?

A Savvy is the verified professional who handles your case. Every answer they send is checked by a CA before it reaches you.

  • I got a notice. What should I do first?

Don't ignore it and don't panic. Most notices are routine. Drop it into the notice decoder to see the section, the reply-by date and what you'll need, then decide if you want a Savvy to answer it.

  • Can I talk to my Savvy directly?

Yes. Every case has a named Savvy. Message them on WhatsApp or from your dashboard and they reply in the same thread.

  • Is my data safe?

Documents are encrypted at rest and opened only through short-lived, logged links, and only the people on your case can see them. The notice decoder stores nothing at all.

  • How is the price decided?

Every service has a fixed price you see before you pay. No hourly billing, and nothing added at the end.
