Signatory QID expired

Single Window will not let me log in to renew. Why?

The situation

Renewal needs a Tawtheeq account linked to a valid QID.

The law

  • Commercial Registry Law (renewal and changes): Renew within 30 days before expiry; notify changes within 30 days; entry can be deleted 90 days after notice if not renewed

What it means for you

Single Window uses National Authentication (Tawtheeq), which is linked to a valid QID. An expired QID blocks the login and the renewal. Renew the QID through MOI or let another authorised signatory with a valid QID file the renewal.

What to do

  1. Check QID validity.
  2. Renew QID.
  3. Log in again.
  4. Renew CR.
