Expired CR for two months
My CR expired two months ago. What happens?
The situation
There is no automatic grace period; renewal after expiry charges fees from the original expiry, and the entry can be deleted 90 days after notice.
The law
- Commercial Registry Law (renewal and changes): Renew within 30 days before expiry; notify changes within 30 days; entry can be deleted 90 days after notice if not renewed
What it means for you
Renew now to avoid deletion. Fees are counted from the original expiry, so you pay for the lapsed time. Visas and bank services may be blocked until renewal.
