The situation

Changes to CR data must be notified within 30 days.

The law

  • Commercial Registry Law (renewal and changes): Renew within 30 days before expiry; notify changes within 30 days; entry can be deleted 90 days after notice if not renewed

What it means for you

A change of manager must be notified within 30 days. If you renew with outdated details, the application can be held for review. File the amendment first, then renew, and update the Establishment ID and bank mandate so the new manager can sign.
