Work accident rate by risk group

Tarif JKK kami berapa?

The situation

JKK is paid by the employer at a rate based on the business risk group, from very low to very high risk.

The law

  • PP 44/2015 on work accident and death benefits, as amended: JKK of 0.24 to 1.74 percent of wage by risk group and JKM of 0.30 percent, both paid by the employer
  • PP 37/2021 on job loss benefit (JKP), as amended by PP 6/2025: JKP is funded by the government and a recomposition of JKK; workers must be in BPJS programmes to qualify

What it means for you

Part of the original JKK rate has been moved to fund the job loss benefit (JKP). Check your group and the effective rate in your BPJS account. Office work is usually the lowest group.

What to do

  1. Identify your risk group.
  2. Check the rate in BPJS.
  3. Apply to wages.
  4. Review if activities change.

Choosing a lower risk group than your work is risky if accidents happen.

We can do this for youBPJS registration and monthly contributions: BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (JHT, JP, JKK, JKM, JKP): IDR 4.500.000
