The situation
Redomiciled companies are not treated as newly incorporated for the InvoiceNow phase.
The law
- GST InvoiceNow Requirement (IRAS e-Tax Guide and FAQ): Voluntary registrants from 1 Apr 2026 must transmit invoice data through InvoiceNow; phased to all registrants by 1 Apr 2031
What it means for you
If you apply voluntarily after 1 April 2026, you are covered anyway. Redomiciled companies are phased with existing businesses or by IRAS notice. Keep the redomiciliation documents in your file.
