Establishment ID before any visa

We have our CR. What must we get before applying for staff visas?

The situation

Companies need an Establishment ID with the Ministry of Interior, which requires a valid CR and commercial licence.

What it means for you

Apply through MOI services or Metrash with the signed form, CR, licence and QIDs of authorised signatories. Qatar Living reports the fee as QAR 200. Without it you cannot start any immigration service.

What to do

  1. Make sure CR and licence are valid.
  2. Prepare signatory QIDs.
  3. Apply for the Establishment ID.
  4. Start work permit approvals after issue.
