Our activity is training. Why do we need approval from another ministry?
The situation
Some activities on the Single Window need approval from the relevant ministry before the CR or licence is issued.

- Commercial Companies Law No. 11 of 2015: Rules on company forms, auditors, dissolution and liquidation
What it means for you
Training, health, food and finance often need sector approval. Start that request early because it can take longer than the CR. Without it, the licence cannot be issued.

- Check approval needs for each activity.
- Apply in parallel.
- Track approvals in the Single Window.
- Issue the licence after approvals.
