Choosing an Accredited Service Provider

The situation

Only providers accredited by the Ministry of Finance can act as ASPs. The MoF publishes the list on its website.

The law

• Ministerial Decision 244 of 2025 as amended by Ministerial Decision 66 of 2026: Phased timeline: AED 50 million and above live 1 January 2027; others 1 July 2027; government 1 October 2027

What it means for you

Pick an ASP that integrates with your ERP, supports both sending and receiving, and has clear pricing per invoice. Example: a company on a popular cloud accounting system should first ask its software vendor which ASPs it connects to. Ask for a test environment and support hours that match your billing peaks.

What to do

1. Download the accredited ASP list from the MoF site.
2. Ask your ERP vendor which ASPs are integrated.
3. Compare pricing and support.
4. Sign and start onboarding.
