CPF obligations on closure
We had staff. What about CPF?
The situation
All CPF contributions must be paid and employer reporting completed before closing a company that had staff.
The law
- Sec 7, Central Provident Fund Act 1953: Employers pay CPF for Singapore Citizen and PR employees monthly
