The situation
Developed Nitaqat assesses compliance across all branches with the same economic activity. It does not look at each branch on its own.
The law

What it means for you
Because compliance is measured across branches with the same activity, a strong branch can offset a weak one. Opening, closing or moving branches changes your entity rate, so model the effect before restructuring.
