The situation
DKP-TKA is USD 100 per foreign worker per month, paid by the employer for the planned period.
The law
- PP 34/2021 on use of foreign workers: RPTKA procedure, compensation fund (DKP-TKA) of USD 100 per worker per month, Indonesian companion and training duties
What it means for you
Example: 12 months for one worker is USD 1,200. Some categories, such as certain shareholder directors, may be exempt. The payment is usually made in advance for the planned period of the RPTKA, and extensions need a fresh payment.

- Keep the receipt.
- Renew with extensions.
