How much is a one year registered worker permit?
The situation
LMRA lists BHD 365 for a one year initial permit and BHD 205 for renewal.
The law
- LMRA Labour Registration Programme (successor to the Flexi Permit): Eligible workers register through approved Labour Registration Centres for a six month, one year or two year registered worker permit
What it means for you
The initial total covers permit, medical insurance, residency extension, ticket insurance and work card. Renewal is lower because some items are one time.
