Emiratisation target for a 60-person company
We have 60 skilled employees. How many UAE nationals do we need by the end of 2026?
The situation
Companies with 50 or more employees must raise Emiratis in skilled roles by 2 percent a year, 1 percent each half year. Secondary guides put the cumulative target at 10 percent by 31 December 2026.

What it means for you
Example: 60 skilled employees times 10 percent = 6 Emiratis by year end, if the cumulative 10 percent applies to you. If you employ 4 now, you need 2 more. Each unfilled place costs AED 10,000 a month in 2026 as reported. Check your exact target in MOHRE services.
