Do all our employees count in the Emiratisation base?
The situation
The target is calculated on skilled roles. Guides describe a qualified employee as holding at least a diploma in occupational levels 1 to 5.

What it means for you
Example: 120 employees, of whom 70 are in skilled roles. The target applies to the 70, so at a 10 percent cumulative target you would need 7 Emiratis in skilled roles. Check the skill level recorded in each MOHRE contract, because that is what the system counts.
What to do
- Pull staff by skill level from MOHRE.
- Count skilled roles.
- Apply the target percentage.
- Recheck before each deadline.
