Broker P&L and capital gains, for tax harvesting

Your bank statement shows money going to brokers and fund houses, and coming back. It cannot show the gain. Your broker's statement can, and that is where the tax is saved.

  1. 1.Upload the statement

The P&L or capital gains statement from Zerodha, Groww, Upstox, Angel One, your bank's demat, or CAMS / KFintech for mutual funds.

  2. 2.See your gains by type

Short and long term, shares and funds, with the grandfathered cost where it applies. What your bank statement cannot show.

  3. 3.Harvest before 31 March

What to sell and buy back to use the ₹1.25 lakh long-term exemption each year, and which losses cancel which gains.

  4. 4.Straight into your ITR

The capital gains schedule filled in, so filing is a check, not a chore.

Want it the day it opens, or help now?
