Rent Agreement
This agreement is made at Gurugram on 1 November 2026 between Sunita Rao, residing at C-12, Saket, New Delhi (the "Landlord") and Aman Verma, residing at Sector 62, Noida (the "Tenant").
- The Landlord lets the residential premises at Flat 304, Tower B, Sector 50, Gurugram (the "Premises") to the Tenant for 11 months from 1 November 2026 to 30 September 2027.
- Rent is ₹35,000 (Rupees Thirty Five Thousand only) a month, payable in advance by the 5th of each month by bank transfer or UPI to the Landlord's account.
- The Tenant has paid an interest-free security deposit of ₹70,000 (Rupees Seventy Thousand only), refundable when the Tenant hands back vacant possession, less any unpaid rent, bills or cost of damage beyond normal wear and tear.
- Any renewal will be on terms agreed in writing.
- Neither party may end this agreement during the first 6 months, except for breach.
- After that, either party may end this agreement with 1 month's written notice.
- Electricity, water, gas and internet as per actual meters are paid by the Tenant. Society maintenance charges are paid by the Tenant.
- The Tenant will use the Premises only for the agreed purpose, keep them in good condition, not sublet or make structural changes without written consent, and follow society rules.
- Minor day-to-day repairs are the Tenant’s; structural repairs, seepage and major fittings are the Landlord’s.
- The Landlord may inspect the Premises at a reasonable time with prior notice.
- Fittings provided: 2 ACs, modular kitchen, geyser. These are handed back in working order.
- The Tenant will complete police verification as required locally.
- This agreement is governed by the laws of India and subject to the courts at Gurugram.
