How this is worked out
  • Income-tax Act, 1961 (Finance Act 2025).
  • Phone reimbursement assumed at ₹2,000 a month against bills.
  • Meal vouchers assumed for 2 meals a day, 22 working days a month.
  • Restructuring keeps your CTC the same: money moves out of special allowance or unallocated flexi pay.
  • A Savvy can check it and talk to your HR with you.
