Answer in brief

Your return shows a refund but the money has not come. We find out why (not verified, not processed, adjusted, failed, PAN inoperative or bank not validated), fix the cause, and raise a refund reissue request or grievance so the refund is paid with interest.

Every paid answer is checked by a CA. Free AI answers are labelled until a CA verifies them.
