The situation

Invoices use structured XML built to the PINT OM specification.

The law

  • Fawtara e-invoicing model (Decision 189/2026): Five corner model with accredited service providers and structured XML (PINT OM); PDFs and paper are not e-invoices

What it means for you

Comarch reports that Oman uses structured XML built to the PINT OM specification. A generic XML export from your ERP is not enough. Ask your vendor or provider for PINT OM samples and test them.

  3. Test with provider.
  4. Fix gaps.
