Corporate shareholders provide constitutional and good standing documents, usually legalised.

- Commercial Companies Law, Royal Decree 18/2019: Company forms, auditors, dissolution and liquidation
What it means for you
Prepare certificates of incorporation, good standing and board resolutions, legalised in the home country and attested. Missing legalisation is a common delay.

- List the corporate documents needed.
