The Health Security se National Security Cess (HSNS Cess) 2025 Act, notified on 16.12.2025 and introduced with effect from 01.02.2026, with Annexure A Registration, Annexure B Payment and Annexure C Helpdesk.

Taxable persons apply through HSNS > HSNS (CESS) LOGIN, then New User > New Registration, giving name as per PAN, PAN, mobile number, email, state of business premises and CAPTCHA, with GSTIN and CE registration number optional.
