When should we have registered for Kuwait DMTT?

The situation

Registration is generally within 120 days of becoming subject. For 2025, groups had to register by 30 September 2025, or within 120 days if later.

  • Executive Regulations, Ministerial Resolution No. 55 of 2025 (published 30 June 2025): Registration within 120 days of becoming subject (30 September 2025 for 2025); audited return within 15 months of year end; TP disclosure form with the return

What it means for you

If you missed 30 September 2025, register now through the group's appointed entity. Late registration can attract the KWD 3,000 administrative fine. Keep a note of the reasons and check that return planning is on track.
