The situation

Yes. If you are required to report, file even with nil figures.

The law

  • Art 286, BKPM Regulation 5/2025: LKPM is filed quarterly by medium and large businesses by the 15th after each quarter and half yearly by small businesses; micro businesses are exempt

What it means for you

Nil reports show you are still pursuing the project. Missing reports can lead to sanctions. Example: a PMA still waiting for a site permit reports nil production and explains the delay in the notes.

What to do

  1. Log in to OSS.
  2. File the period with nil or actual figures.
  3. Explain delays in the notes.
  4. Keep receipts.

Nil periods still count as reports due.
