The situation
OSS usually allows revision of a report within a review window or after a review note.
The law
- Art 286, BKPM Regulation 5/2025: LKPM is filed quarterly by medium and large businesses by the 15th after each quarter and half yearly by small businesses; micro businesses are exempt
What it means for you
Respond to review notes and correct figures. Keep a record of what changed. If the window has closed, contact BKPM through the OSS help channel. Note the changes in the next period's report so the trend stays right.
What to do
- Check OSS for a revision option.
- Correct the figures.
- Resubmit.
- Keep the new receipt.
